Need some pampering?

Massage is available by arrangement. Minimum 2 hour booking. Prior arrangement is required so we can organise for the Masseuse to come to your cottage at a time convenient to you. Treat yourselves with one of Anita's amazing relaxation massages - highly recommended.

Relaxation Massage $180.00 per couple.

We can provide BBQ packs for you to prepare on your private BBQ by prior arrangement. ~ Murwillumbah is only 8km drive away and has a selection of pubs, clubs and restaurants.

BBQ Pack $70 for 2 people.
Consists of Local Premium Eye Grade Fillet Steak, 3 gourmet salads of your choice, Bread, Condiments, French Patisserie Deserts

Terms and Conditions

Once your booking deposit has been received and confirmed all guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival strickly from 2.00 to 6.00pm NSW Time. Arrival outside these hours by arrangement only.
Departure by 10.30 am NSW Time

Couple and Group Bookings
Wychwood Forest Escape is a Couples Retreat only.

Children are allowed in Group Bookings where one Group books the whole facility. This would require prior arrangement and agreement of the management.

Due to our Environment and diverse wildlife no pets allowed under any circumstances.

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages, however ashtrays are provided on your deck for outside use only. We ask that all smokers use ashtrays provided due to fire and associated environmental risks.

Breakages
Any major breakages will be charged for (this does not include crockery and glassware breakages). Any missing items will be charged.

Booking
Bookings to be confirmed with a deposit of $120 for 1 or 2 night stays, 3 nights or more require a deposit of 50% at time of booking. If deposit is being sent by mail it is to be received within two working days.

Midweek Specials
Midweek Special excludes Easter, Christmas and New Year Holidays and school holiday periods unless otherwise advised - check specials.

Payment:
Credit Card deposit is the preferred payment option. However, we do accept cheque payments or direct deposit prior to your stay.

Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, bookings may be transferred to alternative dates if 7 days notice given.
